You can do the cleanse by breaking the capsules and putting them in shakes or rubbing them on the bottom of his feet. I would not use even a whole capsule per day, possibly a half if you can do that. I would also rub a small touch of Zendocrine blend on his liver area topically. And then let him put a drop of lemon in his water every day and give him a reward for finishing off each bottle or glass of water with lemon. This will also help to cleanse and detox.

too. However, is this ok for a 2 1/2 year old? Also, is it powder in
the capsules? Because he cant swallow capsules yet, but I could break
them open andput it in his drinks..

Sorry for the length here, but I would really appreciate any and all
advice you have for me.
