Can anyone advise what to use for very weak fingernails? Splitting with longitudinal ridges - really very weak.
Kind regards

it was recommended to me to use solace to help get my hormones in
order. I have been trying to get pregnant for a couple of
years.....long story short, I started using solace almost daily and I
really like it but I just started my period for the 2nd time this
month. I have always had regular periods and never two in the same
month. Am I using this wrong, should I stop or could this be
unrelated. I am new to do terra. Any advise would be greatly
appreciated.
DoTerra9455@gmail.com Dec 30 01:50AM
I wouldn't use it daily - just maybe one week per month but I really don't
know, hopefully someone will know.
DoTerra9455@gmail.com Dec 30 01:51AM
And if you problem with not getting pregnant was because of low
progesterone it may help but there can be so many reasons why someone can't
get pregnant.

I would think the Solace oil is for temporary relief and the Phytoestrogen supplement is to help balance your hormones.

I don't have an answer about the solace but since you mentioned why you
are using it, I thought I send my notes from when I was researching for
my sister-in-law.

That is amazing! I have the Aroma Ace and the Lotus. The AA seemed
to
use alot of oil. I had it on for 5, and off for 20, the lowest
setting on it, and it
seemed to use a half a bottle up in about 2 nights --in my daughter's
room.
Plus she said it kept her awake with the noise.
So I stopped using it and have been using the Lotus in our living
room, but
not consistently.
You said you used a timer--I just bought one from Aroma Tools..is that
the
one you meant?
I'm still wanting to get this figured out.
So, I'm assuming the Whisper is quiet?
I wonder if that one would be best with a timer for my daughter at
night.
I appreciate everyone's input so much!

I am happy that you asked this question! I have only experienced the
Lotus and the Aroma Ace diffusers.
While I like the aesthetics of the Lotus, I like the size and
durability of the Aroma Ace. I just know that I would knock over the
Lotus and I'd break it! The Ace is smaller and can be out of site and
still do the job. I have only had my Ace for a month now and enjoy
being able to switch out oils quickly and easily. I don't have to
worry about water, rinsing our the resevoir. I think this is what drew
me to the Ace.
I am going to be saving for a second diffuser so I may just check out
the Whisper.
Thanks to all who have shared their comments!

for those who have used the Ace...do you have a problem diffusing the
thicker oils like Ylang Ylang, patchouli, etc?
I just read the Whisper diffuses them well where perhaps the oils
don't. any experience with this??
Victoria Talley <vtalley55@gmail.com> Dec 29 03:36PM -0700
This has an optional 50 m 2hr 3hr 5hr 7hr or 9hr Very quiet,..
I'm not sure if there's a perfect diffuser out there... but, I like this
one, the Ace and the Lotus.... They all have there strengths and
weaknesses! Good Luck Couldn't hurt to ask about the return
policies... 3 day return ....?
V
*Please note: This diffuser requires water to be added in TWO locations: in
the base and in the oil cup.*
*The Whisper premium diffuser is a state-of-the-art system that uses water
and ultrasonic vibration (2.5 million vibrations per second) to break
essential oils into tiny microparticles, dispersing the oil in a fine mist.
These tiny particles are more easily absorbed by the lungs for a greater
therapeutic effect on the body, mind, and spirit.*
*The Whisper diffuser uses a revolutionary, patented technology that makes
it possible to diffuse even the thickest essential oils (such as Patchouli,
Sandalwood, and Ylang Ylang) that won't work in many other diffusers. The
oil never touches the moving parts, so you never need to worry about your
diffuser clogging or parts gumming up.*
*This diffuser uses no heat, which is important because too much heat can
chemically alter essential oils and lessen their therapeutic benefits.*
*You'll be amazed at how quiet this diffuser is! Even sitting right next to
it, all you will hear is the occasional soft sound of moving water.*
*Unlike many other diffusers, the Whisper diffuser has no fragile glass
parts to break or refill pads to purchase. Cleanup is a breeze! Just wipe
the plastic oil cup clean or replace it when it gets dirty. (The diffuser
comes with a supply of 6 oil cups; additional cups are sold separately.)*
*The Whisper diffuser is wonderful at conserving your expensive oils. Just
2-6 drops of oil can fill a large room with aromatic goodness for hours!
The innovative two-way timer lets you continuously scent your environment,
or set an intermittent cycle (such as 15 seconds on, 30 seconds off) to
make your oils last for as long as 9 hours.*
*The diffuser has soft blue night-lights that can be turned on or off.*
*An automatic shut-off feature activates when the water in the base reaches
the minimum level, preventing damage to the internal mechanisms. This is
truly a worry-free product!*
*Dimensions: 8" tall x 3½" wide x 3½" deep.*
*Comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Replacement parts are available.*

I have been on the LLV for about a month and feel awesome. I would
like to give them to my children - ages 9,11, and 14. What is the
recommendation for LLV in regards to children?
Patricia Leavitt <doterradiscover@gmail.com> Dec 29 02:41PM -0700
Tammi,
You need to take the class and test to be a certified Aromatherapist. I can
imagine that we can call ourselves anything we want but there is a lot to
learn to be certified in this modality.
There are a lot of certified Aromatherapists in doTerra but I have no idea
how many. This is not something we ask so unless you knew some of them
personally there is no way to know how many there are.
I'm not sure how you can do this, but I do know that some have done a lot
on line.

During the month of a December an e-mail was sent out about christmas
gifts suggestions, along with that was some info about using some of
the oils to transfer prints on to fabrics etc.. I tried the orange
oils but after the print transfered some the dilemma I had after
washing the fabric was that the oil had not come out... anyone tried
this yet?
Jan <rssommer@msn.com> Dec 29 10:11AM -0800
Thanks! That's good to know. How helpful is it to take the Z oil
internally as he has been? Would it be more effective just to put
it on topically?

Hello ,
What can you tell me about someone who is taking cumadin? She wants
to explore the oils but is cautious. She would like to read up on some
of this research for her self. She is a wonderful lady who works in a
hospital, so she see's the potential. However if I can't help build
her belief and trust that Doterra is a wonderful product and will help
her with her blood to improve then how can she share with others?? I
did try to go to my doterra page but there is so much info I don't
know where to begin - Looking for some guidance, "Only if you have
actually seen results from someone with a testimonial story that is
experiencing good results w/ cumadin and oils" I need to give her
some positive feed back and testimonials are very strong!!
Thanks

Hi,
I am involved with several other people on my doTerra team in doing a
booth at
an Expo in a few weeks.
I'm fairly new and still trying to figure out the logistics of the
business.
Has anyone else done something similar?
The questions I have are:
What is the simplist way to sell something Retail? We will have a
laptop with
the square so we can run credit cards as long as WiFi is available.
But when there are several people using the same square, it puts the
money all into one account. If they pay cash, how do we handle
receipts?
Is there a simple way to keep track of who sells what..should we each
provide our own inventory at the booth? If so, how do we keep track
of who sold what to who, and who's inventory is whose?
I've also had other people want to buy one item to try something out--
how do you work sales tax and receipts in a professional way?
We expect alot of people to be there, and want to be prepared, and
know what we are doing!
Thanks for any ideas!
Janice

I have used WO instead of orange zest. 8-12 drops for 2 Tablespoons of
Orange zest if you are going to bake with it. If its going to be added
to a custard or cocktail then less - about half of that... Good
luck!

There is a Slim and Sassy Trim Enrollment Kit.
Where I have seen the best results, 5 drops 5 times a day. One of the
ladies I know has lost 50 lbs.
Things that seem to really help to get results - do the doTerra Cleanse
& Restore and add the Life Long Vitality Pack. I also recommend drinking
2 quarts of water minimum.
