She may be allergic to the actual cinnamon stick which is what we buy in the store. The oil we have may be different. Have her try a skin test, or muscle test first. Just hold the bottle and see if she needs it. I think Vickii could explain it better for you, so Vickii could you please respond to this one?

For an 8 year old maybe the GX assist is too much so I would start with Lemon in the water and make that a daily thing.
