Congratulations Rachel!  The number one thing is to make a DECISION to make it work.  Once you have decided you will be successful, then decide how many you will sign up in a month.  I would aim for 6 but make the goal 10 or 12 so if you fail than at least you'll have your 6 or at worst, 3 which is good too.  Set your goal at 3 and you are bound to fail.  Trust me on this.  I've been one of the top enrollers in another company and that's what got me there.  Don't worry about the "how" or the details.  It's all in the decision and then taking the needed steps to talk to people.  You are the expert.  You know more than your audience and don't forget it!  I joined doTerra mainly for personal use so I can't help you on specifics but really the mindset is the most important.
