[Everything doTERRA] constricting in throat

I have a friend who is coming over today and first of all, I know she
is struggling with hormone issues so we will start there. She just
wants to cry at the drop of a hat, hot flashes, doesn't know
why......well, she also says she doesn't know how to describe it, but
she feels kind of a constricting in her throat area and it kind of
grips her with fear. She has been to the doctor and they say they
can't find anything. I thought maybe it was anxiety, and gave her
some serenity to use. She says she doesn't notice a difference. it
is kind of a tightening in her upper chest but mostly neck area. Any
ideas?? Thanks in advance.
