My brother has this as does my mom. I say has, and should say had. I gave them helicrysm in front of the ear and along the jaw line and on the bone behind the ear. Almost instant relief. The ringing goes away and the dizziness stops. I hope this suggestion helps.

My friend has been diagnosed with this disease. She uses Frankincense
and when she feels an attack coming on she puts it behind her ears.
