[Everything doTERRA] Re: bergamot for inflammation

Hi, Brenda,
sorry I'm just now seeing this!
I wasn't planning on using Bergamot for anything other than I liked
it! I just put drops of it in my water and drank it. I didn't have a
regimen or plan from it. I also used Wild Orange and Frank and On
Guard and Lemon in my water at different times. Lavender, too. those
are may faves for flavoring water.
But, when I started using the Bergamot, I stopped having any negative
PMS symptoms. I mean totally non-existent. My intuition told me it was
the Bergamot. Then, my weight just started coming off! I lost 60lbs
over late summer and fall. I told my friend who had crippling cramps
from her menstrual cycle about what I thought, the Bergamot, to be the
ticket. She tried it and, was amazed. She now has no cramps and has
very easy periods. Which for her is HUGE!
I just drink it.. every day. a few or more drops a day. my friends
also drinks it and rubs it topically over her abdomen.
Hope that helps!
Danielle
