[Everything doTERRA] Back Pain

I have been having severe back pain (upper back and radiating to the sides) out of the blue and I am sure it is related to night grinding/clenching TMJ issues I am dealing with.

I am using some other products as none of the oils worked. (I tried alot of them too!)

I am happy to share my protocol with you that has finally WORKED if you are interested.

He really should see a dentist too who speciaiizes in tmj/cranial/facial pain.

I am now wearing a night guard which helps some but the other supps I am finally taking are helping alot!

Try On Guard, Melissa or Oregano.  We have been finding that some of our back pains have been caused by viruses.

Im new to this and I just love reading everyones post.  Anyway I 
absolutely love Doterras oils and they work awesome on my children and 
myself.  BUT  for my husband he is pretty healthy, so I haven't had to 
use the oils on him as much as I use it for my children and myself. 
His only problem is back pain.. it is all around the neck and 
shoulder.  He doesnt get a good night rest.. I've used deep blue for a 
couple of day with perppermint with heat.  It didn't do much, the pain 
lasted for the whole week,  Then it came back,  and the I used the 
deep blue again, and marjoram and wintergreen.  Still nothing..  i did 
it every day before he went to work and then when he gets home from 
work then before bed time.   Then I finally used almost all the ois I 
could think of that I had at home.  I used Deep Blue, and massaged it 
in, then i put Wintergreen, then aAomatouch, Pasttense (lol), 
Frankincense and Lavender. Messaging each oil one after the other.  I 
could feel him falling a sleep during the lavender ... yay he was 
knocked out... never slept like that in a very long time but that 
sleep only lasted about 4 hour and he was up again from 2am till it 
was time to go to work.. the pain wasnt as bad, but it was still 
there.  By then I was knocked out (maybe from all the oils) THat was 
the most relief in a long time.  Does anyone have any suggestions? 
Please let me know.. He is just starting the vitality pack.
