An infection in the bone is very serious. My son went in to get his finger examined a week after it had been stepped on during a football game. Nothing had happened until the 6th day and he woke up with it all swollen. We went to the doctor and he told us he had to operate that day or he would lose his finger. He said that infection spreads in the bone rapidly. I don't like antibiotics, but I wasn't going to take a chance on him losing his finger or having it spread anywhere. They admitted him into the hospital right away. I ran home and got Frankincense, oregano, and melaleuca. He took the Frankincense under his tongue 3x a day. I put the oregano and melaleuca on his feet every hour for the 1st day and then 3x a day after that. I wasn't able to get it on his finger. He healed rapidly.
Your friend needs to go with his gut instinct on what to do. I would start on the oils right away orally and topically and go from there. I would also have him on the LLV to get his body nourished. His body will heal better. Keep us informed. Hope things go well.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] collarbone infection
We have a friend who has a infection in their collarbone. What would
we use to penetrate to the bone and what would kill the infrection?
Would we just rub it topically, capsule internally, or what would be
most effective. It is into the bone. What would work the best? It
could be a severe issue. We are greatful for any input--thank you in
advance. Brenda
