[Everything doTERRA] collarbone infection

We have a friend who has a infection in their collarbone. What would
we use to penetrate to the bone and what would kill the infrection?
Would we just rub it topically, capsule internally, or what would be
most effective. It is into the bone. What would work the best? It
could be a severe issue. We are greatful for any input--thank you in
