That is good timing as I’m up late and having a problem closing my “windows” down and just received my Roman Chamomile today so I’ll give it a try!

Hope I can meet some of you at Convention – I will be with the Aussie group!

even with oils sometimes my mind doesn't want to shut off yet. I will usually focus on my breathing, try to slow it down. and I will focus on relaxing each muscle.
