Did you see the reply regarding Candida? There could be this problem as it
does have a tendency to cause the bleeding. You could try the GX assist
protocol and you could also try the organic tampons with Frankincense on
them. This has worked for others.

Another suggestion would be raw almonds. I have heard in many
different places that raw almonds help with the balancing of hormones.
Not only that, but I know they are excellent for heart and colon too!
As an FYI - Just this month small-farm almond growers won a victory
over the USDA that truly raw almonds can be sold again.

I just finished the GX Assist followed with the PB in an effort to
fight off Candida that I have had for over a year and a half. One
thing I noticed was for the first time since starting my menstrual
cycle I had no pms symptoms (no cramps, crankiness, insomnia, focus
issues, etc) and very little back pain. It was the best period ever.
Mine weren't as bad as your friend, but it still made life difficult.
I would say the GX helped about 80%. I am going to do it two more
times along with taking the LLW. If your friend does have the Candida
(which really does make your menstrual cycle so much more worst) then
she may need to do the GX Assist a couple times too (I'm doing it 3
times total for extra reinforcement). You can search for Candida on
here to learn more of how to treat it. I think I read somewhere that
you do the GX for 10 days, the PB for 5 days, rest for 10 or more days
and then you can repeat it.
Good Luck!

I have a lady who is on the LLW and just started GX. But she says she can't cut out all the sugars.
I suggested these to help her candida and rosacia problem.
Is the GX totally useless since she doesn't seem to be able to stop sugars?

Did she cut out some of the sugars? Of course it will help her, just not as
much.
I guess if she is ever ready to get in harmony with her body she will figure
out
how to cut out sugars.

Pat, you would know better than I - I wonder if there's an oil that might
help curb cravings, if that be the case? Such as slim and sassy? Or if she
had lemon in her water maybe it help act as a replacement to have something
a bit sweet?? Just a thought.. hope everything works out!:)

Topic: impetigo and ecthymaRex James <jamesroots@aol.com> Aug 21 11:53AM -0700 ^
We had a very interesting experience with ecthyma. Ecthyma, like
impetigo can be either from bacterial strep or staph but, while
impetigo only affects the epidermis layer, ecthyma penetrates to the
dermis layer of the skin and includes pussy blisters and potential
scarring. Our 7 year old granddaughter came to visit and had a single
area on her foot that looked to be ring worm but quickly spread and
had the pussy blisters. We started using lavender and frankincense
topically which seemed to slow the spreading but not stop it. We soon
realized it was ecthyma. We then became more agressive with oregano,
frankincense and some helichrysum. I was doing the application and
was not careful enough and a chapped corner of my mouth was soon
exhibiting the same properties. So now I was treating both of us with
the topical oregano and frankincense and we were washing the areas and
our hands before and after with OnGuard. It seemed to slow the
spreading but was not stopping it. My sweet wife suggested adding
internal oils as well. So we each started taking GX Assist capsules
since they were premade with oregano and other antibacterial oils.
Twice a day for our granddaughter and 3 times a day for me. We
continued the topical oils as well. Within 3 days my infection was
completely cleared up and in the same time our granddaughter's
infection had stopped spreading, the early infections were showing new
healthy skin and the later ones were scabbing over. Within another 3
days it was obvious her infection had been treated and all the scabs
had come off revealing new healthy skin.
My lesson. Sometimes you do have to treat, even skin disorders, from
the inside and the outside!

You have a couple of options, one is to take the PB Assist for the five days
to build some good bacteria and help to balance your system. In my opinion
you are doing some major detox and need to hold in there. Reduce your intake
down to 1 of each for a week and bring back more as time permits. Don't give
up or you will just have to start all over again..
Good Luck to you,

You should be able to do it together, but if you are sensitive you could
split it up. Really, no one knows better than you what will work best for
you. If you can take them together I would just hang in there and get the
detox done..

Sounds good, I will try to take them together. Am I supposed to split the LLW up over the day once I am up to the full dose amount, or can I take all at once?

Topic: PlasticsJRW <silverdishes@gmail.com> Aug 21 09:14AM -0700 ^
I am trying to understand plastics. Are there any good plastics to
drink from? I like to carry a waterbottle with me, especially during
the summer months, but I recently stopped because of the horrible
chemicals some of them are made of. I don't know how to tell what is
good and what is bad or if they are all bad.
Also, why is it not okay to drink EOs in your water in a plastic cup/
bottle? I love putting lemon in my water and I just don't see it being
pratical to put it in a glass waterbottle and go jogging. I drink and
eat out of glass cups and plates. But when we go camping or to cook
outs thats not really possible, unless there is a secret I don't know
about.
Thanks!
Patricia Leavitt <doterradiscover@gmail.com> Aug 21 10:47AM -0600 ^
STAINLESS STEEL LINED CUPS. They are the best thing since peanut butter and
jelly.
The oil is attracted to the plastic, adheres to it and you don't get to
drink it, because it is stuck
to the sides of the cup.
There are a lot of drinking containers out there that are lined in stainless
steel
(not aluminum) and they are the safest to drink out of.
pat
JRW <silverdishes@gmail.com> Aug 21 10:46AM -0700 ^
How does it taste with the Stainless Steel? I am very sensitive to
taste and when I drink water it taste like metal. We have radon in our
water and have wondered if that is what I am tasting, thus I try to
drink bottled water, distilled, or reverse osmosis (sp?) When I put
the lemon in the water it took away that metal taste and made my
breath smell good (love those unexpected results.) Having the water
taste like metal made it so I didn't drink it very much. Now with the
lemon in it I am drinking it like candy. We live in a rural area and
don't have many stores. Is there a place online I could get these
stainless steel containers and how do I know they are true stainless
steel?
thanks!

If it were aluminum you could probably taste it but I don't think you will
taste the SS. I love it and it makes it fresh and I get all the oil it
doesn't
stick to the sides.

Topic: Placenta StrengtheningJRW <silverdishes@gmail.com> Aug 21 08:06AM -0700 ^
I have a sister in law who gave birth to her daughter a couple years
ago at 25 weeks. Prior to having her she experienced some cramping,
bleeding, contractions, and eventually her placenta erupted.
Doctors have not been able to give her a straight answer as to what
actually caused her to go into labor so early as they can not come to
an agreement (I swear she had like 20 doctors, though I am sure it was
more like 5.) Some say it was her placenta ripping away from the wall,
but others say her placenta didn't erupt until just before they did
the c-section. She has been pretty confused by it all.
She knows my experiences with miscarriages so I shared with her my
thoughts on the situation and after listening to her, we decided even
though the doctors couldn't agree we think it obviously had something
to do with the placenta.
Her daughter is 2 now and my sister in law is about 12 weeks pregnant.
She feels good about this pregnancy but is still a little worried. I
asked her if I could find something that could help her strengthen her
placenta if she would be willing to give it a try. She said she would,
so I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions.
Last time she tried all kinds of herbs, teas, and tonics and she was
also on prescribtion drugs so some of the herbs she couldn't take
because it would have made the situation worst. None of these things
worked, so I was surprised she was okay with me checking into this.
Thanks for any tips you may have!
