thought it was the BEST thing I had ever smelled. I diffused it
regularly for several months last winter. Then one day, I just
couldn't stand the smell. I couldn't even pick up the bottle, never
mind take off the lid. It not only didn't appeal to me--I was repelled
by it. After several months, I once again loved the smell. What I take
from this experience is that when your body has had enough of a
particular compound, it will tell you. Listen to your body--it knows
what it needs and more importantly, what it doesn't need. Use oils
that you are drawn to, and leave those you don't care for alone. Above
all, keep an open mind about it--you may find that your likes/dislikes
change over time, as your body chemistry fluctuates.
