My suggestions are not all EO, but they work! Comfry tea is an
expectorant, if she needs that. Also, I have had awesome results with
saline sinus rinses to get rid of sinus infections. You can buy them
at Walgreens or other drugstores. You can add a drop or two (not too
much!) of something soothing like lavender or rosemary and they will
help kill bacteria inside the sinuses. Do NOT add Breathe oil or any
hot or citrus oils to a sinus rinse. :)
