[Everything doTERRA] Re: Oils & Pregnancy

I'm sorry to hear about the peppermint effecting your nursing!
Peppermint EO is used traditionally for drying up milk supply, and
anise is used for increasing it.
Did you take the peppermint in any other form than S&S?
Here is a good article for increasing milk supply using herbs and
diet. Ginger is on the list, and made me think that ginger EO could be
used to help.
