This was my baby....16 years ago!!!!   After many attempts at EVERYTHING, we tried a liquid cal mag supplement and he slept as he should!  By then he was one and could take a small dose. If the mother is breastfeeding, I'd up her cal/mag or see if a dr. could give an infant amount. has to be a good quality.  My son was SO happy....but only slept 15 minute intervals, day and night.....exhausting!
