I'm wrong, its in effect right now. In fact you can still get some of the old enrollment kits but you have to call doTerra to order them.

Sorry about that, I didn't even know about the webinar until today.

Thats because they had a webinar and even though it is probably online by now it does

not really take effect until May 1, then everyone will know about it.
