[Everything doTERRA] Essential Oils and the eyes

Everything I've heard has been to never put the oils IN the eyes. Just around them. But when I have dry, irritated eyes I rub some lavender under my eyes and it really helps. Someone did once post a recipe for home made eye drops, I can't remember what was in it except apple cider vinnegar was one ingredient. You could do a search and see what comes up. One person said they made them and they really stung. Good luck!

[Everything doTERRA] Allergy/ sinus drainage in child

My 7 year old son is having a hard time with allergies/sinus problems. His main problem is when he wakes up in the morning he is constantly sniffing, coughing, & gagging. Usually by 10 am he is ok and is fine the rest of the day. It makes me think it is sinus drainage that is causing the mucous in his throat. He has been on antihistamines, decongestants, and nasal steroids which do not really help. I have been trying lemon, lavender, & peppermint on the bottom of his feet morning & night but have not seen any difference. Sometimes I can get him to do a sinus rinse in the mornings and that does get some of the mucous out, but I wish I could find a way to prevent it from happening every morning. Tried using a sinus rinse at night with a drop of eucalyptus but could not tell that it helped in eliminating the coughing & gagging the next morning. About 8 months ago I covered his mattress & pillows with allergy covers & wash his bedding in hot water every week so I don't think it's dust mite related. These symptoms started about a week ago when the leaves started falling and we have had our heat on in the house a couple times. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Oils on feet vs ingesting

Laura Jacobs calls the feet the essential oils IV. The oils take 20-30 seconds to get in the blood stream on the feet. On that note. I generally take then internally as well if I'm fighting something viral or bacterial, flu, cold etc. it's nice to have different mediums so that we can help our body from different directions. Also if it's tummy or intestinal I take it internally. I also make a spray for my throat, make cough syrup with the oils. Use your judgment on when to use in which way. With practice comes confidence.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] cleansing crisis

Dr Hill told me to take PB Assist and Terrazyme when I was in a cleansing crisis. It's not an overnight fix but it continued to get better. Then I added Zendocrine. If you have a rash and it's not contact sensitivity I've found it's clogged filters. So unclogging them before cleansing further is the gentlest way to get rid of the rash. At the same time cleaning up your diet. Garbage in garbage out and the garbage is not leaving the right direction.

My 2 cents worth,

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Essential Oils and the eyes

Lavender around the eyes on the eye bone (not in the eye) can be helpful for dry, allergy eyes.

Hello,
My name is Robby and I work outside all year.  Especially this time of year when the leaves are falling and it's dry my eyes are constantly bombarded with dust and dried leaf particles.  We have been faithful doTERRA users for over a year now and I was telling my wife; "I sure wish doTERRA had eye drops.  Just thought I would put the question out there.  If anyone knows of a safe blend to try I'm willing.  I'm just not sure if oils in the eyes, like eye drops are even safe.  Thanks for your help.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Menstral

Try using the Clary sage for the first 10 days of her cycle only.

I would also think that doing a candida cleans may help and the LLV supplements. I bet you could blend them in a smoothie to help her get them down. Consistency is key.

They put her on the pill. She doesn't swallow pills but that one was small enough that she could with food. She decided last month that she hated taking the pill and wanted to stop. Yesterday she got her period and we are back to the painful heavy periods. I have been using Clary Calm, Deep Blue, and Past Tense which help some with the cramps but her flow is still heavy. I have been reading how Phytoestrogens work great, but she can't swallow pills. I don't have Helichrysum, Cypress, or Geranium which I have seen suggested. I do have frankincense which I am going to put on her right now. Any other suggestions?

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Treating mold in the lungs

Candida protocol and Diet, no carbs, sugars etc. until it clears up.  And then very minimal carbs and No sugars afterwards.  It's possible it can now reoccur, so Diet is really important.  You can find the protocal on http://www.everythingessential.me
