Many have had amazing success with just Past Tense. Another success is using the Immortelle. And the last, but just as wonderful is making a roller bottle with:
Frankincense 30 drops
Helichrysum 30 drops
Lemongrass 30 drops
Wintergreen 30 drops
And fill the rest of the roller bottle with coconut oil
Use as needed through the day, it also helps to apply oils and cover with a hot moist towel.
