Please feel free to share...August 2014 I was diagnosed with IGA Nephropathy  (stage 4 out of 5 of a kidney disease I never knew I had, facing dialysis or  transplant), 6 days in the hospital, 12 additional medications added DAILY! One  of them steroids. Other than the typical swelling and weight gain I LOST my  sense of smell and my taste buds are muted. Imagine not being able to smell a  pretty candle burning or a perfume, there's absolutely NOTHING there! It's been  like this for 9 months (I've been off the steroids for 3 months). My kidney doc  says give it 3-6 months off steroids to see any improvements. I'M STUBBORN AND  IMPATIENT. With the help of an amazing, AMAZING woman she introduced me to  dōTERRA essential oils in Feb/March. I immediately thought, "I can do this!" So  I signed myself up as a consultant, mostly to receive 25% off their product all  the time! She also is a huge support system for me and has a wealth of  knowledge. She searched and found these 3 oils: basil, helichrysum and  peppermint would help with my broken sniffer and taster. Basil is the oil for  the sniffer (got it this week), I've used it TWICE!! Applied on a QTip and  rubbed inside my nose. I have a pendant diffuser that holds oils: Elevation,  Frankincense and Ylang Ylang (for depression and stress). I CAN SMELL THEM! I  CAN SMELL the oils on this pendant!! Since dōTERRA I've helped a woman's hot  flashes and anxiety (she now know longer feels like jumping in the pool at 2 am  and her boyfriend appreciates not sleeping next to a wet towel)...a Mom with  chronic back pain, her son with ADD, a nephews acne and still waiting to hear  back on a couple others. I'm now off 6 prescription medications and I feel  fantastic!! I ❤ my dōTERRA oils.
