[Everything doTERRA] Question about my dog

My dog has been scooting on the rug all night I know they do that when their Amal glands needs to be expressed when I checked her private parts it was not normal looking . It definitely looked protruded as if it were swollen. My vet is not open on Saturday. Can I use diluted lavender right in her private parts to give her relief ? I wonder if she feels like we dowhen we get a yeast infection in that area. Poor baby girl
