Re: [Everything doTERRA] Ebola and FDA "warning" to DoTerra

You might research pubmed.gov for research done on this topic. There is also the Modern Essentials book.  I think I will hang on to my older version, just in case they are forced to censure in newer editions.  ~ Renee.

Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting to the group but have been following you all for over a year and learning so much great info! I'm very grateful to have this forum. I live in Texas where there is a person under quarantine in Dallas with the Ebola virus. And the elementary schools he visited before he was quarantined are now also being "closely watched" for signs of infection among the children and their families. Of course this made me think of me and my own community and how I could help if there was a crisis in our area. So I did a quick google search for Doterra Ebola Virus and come across the FDA warning letter from Sept 22 2014 to Doterra and Young Living putting them on notice to immediately stop promoting the virus fighting ability (specifically noting Ebola) of the oils. And it seems that now any virus protocols are pretty much non-existent when you google it. To me all this translates to "This threat is getting real and the FDA just took away the general public's hope for curing themselves."

My questions are:
1). What protocols do you suggest that will truly protect ourselves and others? I have a number of friends who have cited Thieves oil for protection. Doterra doesn't have it's own version of Thieves. So would on-guard really work for this? Or should it be a combination of other oils?

2) If someone does contract the virus, what oil protocol do you suggest be used to actually destroy the virus? I know Oregano kicks butt but I'm not sure about how much or often or any contraindications.

Thanks so much!
Rita
