Hi Christie, I found this website that will answer your question - http://www.learningabouteos.com/.  I couldn't find where I had seen a chart in my aromatherapy library, but I did see that a therapeutic dilution for adults is 5%.  Using the oils Neat is wasteful in my opinion.  I love doTerra's book Modern Essentials, but it does not seem to emphasize dilution.  My favorite aromatherapy authors are Valerie Wordwood and Robert Tisserand.  Lots of information in their books.  Welcome to doTERRA and good luck!

Hi - i have lost days of my life doing research since my first order arrived!  My daughter after only 2 applications of Breathe to her feet is definitely improving with her sinus and breathing issues!  However, it took hours or research to find a website that said "1 drop oil to 1 tsp FCO and massage into feet" for children - i see on everythingessential.me they do give SOME ratios of oil to be used (how many drops, etc) but it's not there for everything.  Do i assume if it doesn't mention FCO then as an adult my husband wouldn't need to have it mixed?   I don't want to waste any of my precious oils but don't want to use too much or too little...sorry if this is a repeat question but am new to doTERRA this week...
