Re: [Everything doTERRA] scar tissue

Hello Denise and Pat,

I am reading a few posts on scar tissue to help a friend of mine in severe pain due to old scar tissue in his lower back. He flew out the window when he was 18 and has had 6 back surgeries since then to "fix" his back. He is now in his late 50ies, has screws in his back, and a lot of old built up scar tissue. ATT twice a week has actually made the pain more bearable to him, unfortunately, in his area (Tallahassee, FL), there is currently no one who could give an ATT to him regularly. He is trying to avoid another surgery to remove the scar tissue. He had his massage therapist massage Helichrysm into the painful area twice a week for a month, but has not felt any improvement from that.

How long would he have treat with Helichrysm to see any possible results? Have people had successful experiences with similar problems? Helichrysm is so expensive to try for a long time without knowing for sure if it will work... I would be grateful for any advice!

Thanks,Anna

Yes, Helichryrsum should be just the answer for scar tissue, I would also add Lavender to that.

My mother recently had spinal surgery for spinal stenosis. They had to whittle away bone that was growing down her spinal cord.

Everything looked fine, but now, scar tissue is building up in her spinal canal and pinching the spinal cord.

We're worried that this will cause here to become immobile and require more surgery.

Would helichrysm help with the scar tissue inside? Stopping it from continued growth?

Thanks,

Denise
