[Everything doTERRA] Trauma-induced bladder incontinence

I am asking for a friend who has had problems with incontinence for years.  She had a hysterectomy in her 30s due to cancer. She is in her 60s and has had no feeling of being able to tell when to empty her bladder. She is trying to get those muscles involved, to be able to feel it.  She had a pelvic a few years ago and the dr. was rather rough and caused some trauma in the bladder area.  She was told by physical therapist who specializes in these issues that it is trauma that caused the incontinence.  I read about the oils for other types of incontinence..would these help her in this case as well?? or is there someone who has anything similar that can give me a direction to point her in?? Thanks
