They extended the deadline and you can still purchase without the transfer fee, up to the 15th of August, 2014

We just sold our last extra ticket, but that being said I know your up line may still have tickets. Many leaders buy in advance for their team and use this for incentives as we did. When no one qualifies we must scramble to sell. Bubble up your excitement about going and make sure your voice bends the ear of enough people...we would love to see you there!

I am fairly new to all of this, I have been trying to buy tickets for the convention without success.  I keep hearing people say they must be transferred by July 31 (which of course is passed), so does that mean I can no longer buy un-needed tickets from anyone??
