Hi Suzanne
I use a variety of oils for pain along with Deep Blue rub, which seems to be more effective than the straight oil for me. I also use helichrysum (most effective but expensive!), marjoram, lemongrass, wintergreen, peppermint, geranium and aroma touch oils. I use single oils or layer a few, changing it up seems to be more effective. I tend to use neat, but also make a 10ml rollerball mix: 3 drops helichrysum and 14 drops each of lemongrass, wintergreen, marjoram and geranium, then fill with FCO. Best wishes.
