LLV is 2 of each 2x daily or perferably - 1 each 4x a day. Many also take 2 in morning the 1 each with lunch & 1 each with dinner. The more spread out the better but getting them in is better then not getting them in- I feel.
Starting with a lower dose and then raising as ready for more I feel is wise. They are ment to be taken with food. I have taken with eating a little as 1/2 a banana. But we are all different. :)
Side note: when we take a dose of Alpha CRS 1/2 an hr before exersize it cuts the burn way way down.
