I get great relief from a capsule with two drops each of thyme, marjoram, basil, and rosemary. If you look each of these oils up you can see their properties and then determine if you need them all or not. I do have issues with high blood pressure and so have cut out the rosemary and recently thyme. It doesn't work as well for allergies without but if I add peppermint that's a good substitute for the rosemary.--
