Thank you so much, this is all so helpful and appreciated! On the LLV do you take the full dose of pills....I think it's one of each twice daily? I tried the full dose before and I think it made me nauseous to take them in the morning?
LLV- HUGE for this! Slim n Sassy on feet, or gut & taken in water or internal, coriander on the bottom of the feet massaged in or on tummy. Grapefruit - smell it when craving: can stop in tracks.
LLV: Sometimes the sugar craving can be about our bodies needing health fats and the omega can make a giant differance. The ALPA CRS brings down inflammation which sugar causes and when our bodies have what they need they don't crave.
The type of sugars can be telling too. IE: chocotate, pastries? Is it quality chocolate or are we still stuck in junk candy?
Cutting all sugar for 1 month can help pull us out if this too.
I've found Zendicrine helpful to not crave chocolate even quality chocolate with PMS timing.
