Hi everyone, Hello Pat,

I am reading up on scar tissue because I want to help a friend who had 6 back surgeries and is thinking of getting another one due to old scar tissue associated pain. I keep reading your suggestions on Frankincense under the tongue... I tried that once just to see how it was, and it was aaaaaaaweful! My question to you is, would it be the same effect to take the frankincense in a capsule, or is there a special benefit from taking it under your tongue?

My 1st guess would have been to rub Frank, Heli, and Lavender on his back. Can anyone explain to me a bit how taking Frank internally works in the body to reduce scar tissue?
