[Everything doTERRA] Dog ears get red and hot, muzzle and chest turn pink.

Our 70 pd male Boxer has had allergy test done and we are very careful what we feed him. We have tried several types of grain free expensive dog foods. The only way to explain his condition is he gets flushed. His ear flaps turn red and hot, muzzle and chest turn pink. Any suggestions? I started by adding lemon to his water, and now putting Frankincense on the ears. He has scratched the insides so they are a mess.
