[Everything doTERRA] hypersomnia nightmare

When I was a teenager I was diagnosed with mono. By the time it was discovered it had already gone dormant so I went about my life. As I got older I was realizing I was more and more tired all the time and even falling asleep while driving. It didn't matter how much sleep I got the night before 2 or 12 or anywhere inin between i would wake up just as exhausted as when i went to bed. I eventually went to the Dr and was told my mono was still dormant but put me on phentermine for weightless, provigil for those says I neededto concentrate and couldn't, and ambien knowing I wouldn't be able to sleep on those meds. Taking these for the first time that I can remember I felt normal. Well it was only short term. After going off the medsmeds I was back to sheer exhaustion, all I could think about was my next nap. I would drink an energy drink, Mt dew, and B vitamins and go take a nap. I began researching and found that hypersomnia can be mono induced. The symptoms fit! The treatment option waswas provigil in which I would also need the ambien. The problem is between Dr visits and meds it's time consuming and expensive. I have gone off of them but am suffering and about to go back. Im trying to findfind out if it's possible to do with with my Doterra oils. I know they're doing something because it's not as severe as before. I am taking the Lifelong Vitality Pack and diffusing Frakensense and Lime, in the morning I put on my feet On Guard and Elevation; and Balance on my neck. At night on my feet I put On Guard and Balance; Lavender behind my ears, and Serenity on my pillow. Throughout the day i use Peppermint but its very short lived. Also i take Slim & Sassy 3-4 times a day. With all of this I'm still having extreme exhaustion. I do have Bergomot on the way to me. If anyone knows about this and what to do PLEASE HELP!
