my friend recently started taking the LLV - she says she noticed a difference in energy level right away, but the fact that she feels "warm" in her stomach/abdomen after taking them has her worried.
My husband since told me, he feels it as well, and another friend does, too. My above-mentioned friend has now discontinued taking the LLV, because she's had viral hepatitis, her liver is pretty shot, and she's worried about doing damage to herself with the LLV...it's this heat that has her worried. I suggested she go see her doctor to ask about it, but I wanted to ask here as well: what could cause this "warmth" - and is it something any of you have experienced as well? Is it normal? Is it alright/without danger?
