Re: [Everything doTERRA] Oil Moms

Thankfully I only had to live a month without the oils in my newborn's life. But I remember a bad bout of colic at 10 days old where he cried for 4 hours straight. Ohh, for just a little DigestZen.

Also if you look at our son's baby pictures, you'll noticed after the first month there was no more pictures of hours and hours of rocking in the recliner... and a lot more pictures of him sleeping! :)

I'm looking forward to fully employing the oils in my expecting baby's life. It is very empowering.

Blessings,
Leah

Oil Moms

When you stop and think about it, doTERRA oils really change your
life!  I often wonder what parents do when they don't have oils?  I'm
trying to remember what I did (its only been 7 months) before I had
the oils!

Bee stings (allergy) - Benedryl
Belly aches - go lay down for a little while, it will get better
Seasonal allergies - every allergy medicine under the sun including
eye drops
Burns - cold water, it just takes time for the pain to go away
Minor injuries - Neosporin, bandaid
Colds, cough and flu - Motrin, cough medicine, Vicks, humidifier,
nebulizer, sleepless nights, antibiotics
Headaches - Motrin
Anxiety - Lets talk about it...
Insomnia - Read a book for a while

Really, none of the above were very effective at all.  It is just what
I was programed to do.

Now I have the oils that are natural, no side effects, safe, work
faster and are MUCH more effective. I truly feel empowered as a
mother.  Anytime my kids have a problem, they come to me for an oil.
It really is a new way of life and I am thankful for it every day!
