[Everything doTERRA] Re: Chapped lips

I have never had any problems with applying either of these oils to my
lips however, if using FCO as the carrier I have found that it is not
nearly as moisturizing as others...I have run across a recipe for a
lip balm which calls for evco plus shea butter and beeswax, here's the
link and they use doTERRA oils....
