What I mean to say is that it is amazing how once a person starts with doTERRA, their self-awareness increases & they start to take more responsibility for themselves. That's why I mentioned not having joined to work with that specific issue, but my body really is beginning to speak to me now that I am listening to it.

I experience pretty bad mood swings during certain times of the month DID NOT join doTERRA to work with them at all. Since solace came out, I have been using it every day & it has REALLY helped balance me out. Yesterday, I did not use it & was being a jerk. I realized I was & immediately CRAVED solace. It will help!!!!

Getting my daughter the four mood oils. What is the best way to use
them for extreme anxiety/panic attacks? She will have these oils,
franki, lemon, peppermint, solace and that it and all that can be
afforded right now. I wish she could afford the LLV but for now, it's
just too pricey
