Re: [Everything doTERRA] Digest for everythingdoterra@googlegroups.com - 20 Messages in 11 Topics

Samara, I made the shakes but added berries, spinach, zucchini, banana, pineapple, celery , carrots etc. This was to help boost the nutrition of my dau in law caring twins and with gestational diabetes who was trying to deliver way to early . We call it an ugly drink, it is tasty but with the green and red or purple mixed together it is and ugly color. She is now successfully nursing both with plenty of milk. I think you need more calories to nurse but keeping the nutrition is very important for you to have the energy you need. The LLV is also a good supplement to make sure you are getting the minerals you need. Right after having a baby and during pregnancy are not the time to be loosing weight, but the body will, with the proper nutrients, regulate it's self to a healthy weight .   Congrats   on this special little one you are caring and good luck.

My Dad was scheduled for surgery next week and was diagnosed with MRSA
in his pre-op checkup. The only open sores he has are canker sores
that were not going away. I have researched the MRS protocol and also
suggested he switch to the On Guard toothpaste. Any other
suggestions? The one thing I do not know is what he can expect in
terms of killing the MRSA. Does anyone have any experiences to
    share? Thanks! Ashlee

with the weight loss process and hoping to get some help in
considering what else i need to order on my jan. order. i hear the
lifelong vitality which i have yet to get a chance to start the
terrazyme enzymes and also the cleanse of the gx and the pb so i am

can't financially buy all at the same time what needs to be my first
line of defense sort of speak also wondering if anyone has any great
recipes of add in to the vanilla formula i am thinking of the body by
visalus shakes and all the recipes they have and am assuming this
could be done with our vanilla as well thanks so much in advance for
any wisdom you have to offer me.HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

I, too, am sensitive to 'natural flavoring,' and MSG derivatives. I'd
be interested to know exactly what the natural flavoring is; even if
it is natural and healthy (MSG is naturally occurring, I believe), it
may be something I personally need to avoid.
    Thanks!

MSG is naturally found in tomatoes (I am very sensitive to them as well).
I will ask my bro what else.

Just to clarify, I'm asking specifically about the slim and sassy
shake. 1. I need to know it is safe to ingest for a breastfeeding
(or pregnant) mother. 2. I need to be able to recommend it with
confidence, so it's important to know what the "natural flavoring"
    ingredient is.

    Thanks so much!

I would think it would not be significant calories for a nursing mom unless she is just using for a snack our supplementation although the ingredients would be fine

I agree. Call customer service and ask what the natural flavoring is. If
they don't know they can find out. gin

No, but they extended the free Franckincense until 1/15 with a 200 PV
    order.

I have a friend at church who cannot afford all of the oils to make
    "Peaceful Child".
I gave her"Balance" for her daughter who is always very disruptive. My
    friend rubbed
Balance (with FCO) on the bottom of her daughter's feet before church.
    What a difference!

Then she thought she would try "Serenity" and it did not help at all.

Also, have you added Cedarwood and Lavender to the Vetiver? Marjoram,
    Clary Sage,
Frankincense and Chamomile are good as well.

    Hi Carly,
I don't use Klonipin for tics; but I do use it for anxiety, and
sometimes sleep. I have found it is one of those pharmaceuticals that
your body gets used to over time... that may be one of the reasons
you're finding it harder to get relief.
I found that the "Balance" blend, Serenity, and the "Past Tense"
blend are my best friends instead of klonipin... I've been with
doTerra for about 8 weeks and am down from using Klonipin (1mg) 3x day
+ one for sleep to only occassionally using some for sleep. (I'm also
on LLV which has majorly helped stabilize my mood!)
I use the Balance on my heart area (chakra if you're into those,
or just over the actual heart)daily, as well as at bedtime over the
temples, on the wrists and bottoms of feet. Followed on feet and
wrists with Serenity (just Lavendar wasn't enough) -- I also will use
Past Tense on the back of my neck/base of my skull during the day if I
feel like life issues are sneaking in to create anxiety...

I hope you find some of these ideas helpful -- remember that
unlike pharms, oils can take a few applications before you feel the
    relief...
You might want to think of a personal diffuser necklace (I think I
got my daughter's from aromatools.com) to wear for "constant" anxiety
relief to help with the randomness of tics...

I grew up with family friends -twin girls- who have tourettes,
they have been lucky enough that their symptoms have diminished with
age; but I know first hand the frustrations you have with dealing with
    them...

    best,
    anne

    Carly Nelson <eojunkie@gmail.com> Jan 01 05:02PM -0700

Thank you, Anne and Emily. I'm finding that for me, aromatherapy works
better than anything...besides the LLV. That has made a big difference in
just my general well-being. When I wasn't falling asleep last night, I
really doused my hands, wrists, arms with lavender and balance. Breathing
that in is the last thing I remember. Funny how some things work better
for some and different things for others. Kinda like when I had a lot of
pain from a car accident...several chiropractors did their 'cracking',
which only seemed to make things worse. When I finally found one who tried
'energy' work, it made all the difference.

Our bodies are amazing, and it's wonderful to have resources and friends
who are willing to help us find the best cures for our dis-eases.

Family just arrived...gotta run! Blackeyed peas are on!

The best way to handle this is to work through your upline first and
see who is in your organization that can help out. There are at least
5 different legs in that area.

I agree, totally, ladies! And what a gift we are sharing with our
children! My little ones say "put lavender on it!" when they fall
over, etc. It is endearing to see :) And to receive the free
frankincense - what a gift!! Yay doTERRA!!

I also have noticed the increase in size. It gets confusing as I like
to take 1/3 the supplements after each meal so now I don't know if I
am taking my Bone supplement and or my Microplex! I have been keeping
my Bone Mineral tablets separate so I can stay organized :)

I would also ask doTERRA if they have suggestions that wouldn't cost you
extra... Maybe they can help with the assurance of getting your package to
    you...
Do you possibly have a neighbor who would take a package for you ...Sounds
like a signature is necessary but, it will cost you more I think. -- or
could you have packages delivered to an IPC on your team...
OR.... would your work environment allow packages to be delivered to you....
Outside the box thinking ... I'm sorry that people are so dishonest. It
shouldn't become an inconvenience to you!
