[Everything doTERRA] Re: doterra shipments

I live in the Us. I have been looking at the tracking info and
supposedly they have been delivered. I called the post office about
the ones delivered through the post office and I called doTerra. So
far they said I need to find out what happened to the packages before
a replacement would be offered. Glad to know about the po box option.
