[Everything doTERRA] Slim & Sassy - weird tummy noises?

I started taking Slim & Sassy a week or so ago, and recently bought
the capsules because it tasted so nasty. I've been using the capsules
since yesterday.

Both yesterday and today, I've noticed a noise in my stomach that
sounds like someone walking on gravel, or thousands of tiny bubbles
bursting. It's not really in my stomach, I can kind of follow it
around my digestive system as it moves from one side of my body to the
other.

Do you think this is the Slim & Sassy working, or do I have something
else going on in there that I need to get checked out?
