[Everything doTERRA] sjogren syndrome and strawberry hemangioma

I have a friend who has sjogren syndrome and had a small stroke last
year. What oils can I suggest for her? My grandson is 6 months and has
a strawberry hemangioma by his rectum and it hurts him when he uses
the bathroom. What oils can we use for him?
