[Everything doTERRA] Re: Cinnamon for Diabetes

To add to what Pat has suggested.

I began developing Type II diabetes last fall. My aunt sent me some
information she received from Dr. Hill. He recommended the following
daily.

Corinader (helps with Type I and II)
LLV
Slim & Sassy
Cinnamon
Ginger

I mostly used Cinnamon and the LLV and seem to not be showing any
signs of diabetes anymore. I have also changed my diet and reduced my
sugar intake to almost none.

I am now drinking the Slim & Sassy in my water to help also. Don't
know if this client needs to lose weight or not, but Slim & Sassy is
also benificial for someone who does not need to lose weight (I was
hesitate to take it because I am trying to gain weight, not lose it.)
However, I only do one to two drops in a 27oz water bottle and have
not lost any weight. Infact, it has helped curve my cravings so I am
choosing healthier foods and maintaining my weight now and keeping my
cholosteral, blood sugars, and blood pressure down.

I haven't had a check up since I started using the S&S end of Oct, so
I don't know if I am completely out of the woods yet, but I do feel
much much better since I added it to my daily intake. Also keep in
mind that it may depend on how long your client has had diabetes and
the type.

Capsules are how I did the cinnamon. It is also in the S&S. I didn't
need the Corinader, but my aunt say's the studies she has looked over
seem to show that it is the best oil to use. So your client may need
to just experiment until she finds one or two that work for her.
