[Everything doTERRA] Re: 1 year old lactose intolerant child losing weight

Coconut Milk/Almond Milk/Sesame Milk blend
Or if want to buy at the store... almond milk or coconut milk (I get
that at the oriental store, its creamy and delish! You can mix the two
if you want to extend them).
My little ones with asthma tendancies drink Almond milk and LOVE the
Coconut Milk.
If I want to give them a treat I'll hand make a gallon of the blend.

1 young thai coconut- scraped and blended together with water to make
a milk
2 cups almond milk- 1 cup almonds blended with 2 cups water, strain
thru a mesh bag- squeeze out pulp
2 cups sesame milk- 1/2 cup sesame seeds with 2 cups water, strain
trhu a mesh bag- squeeze out pulp

keep in the fridge in glass jars, or in a washed out milk jug (helps
kids see it as milk *wink)
