get them regularly, I like to do it right and go to a nice spa and pay
the extra couple dollars and have a nice experience. My apologies if I
offend anyone here but I have never been to a super cheap place. I
stear clear.....they look unsanitary and often the people don't speak
english and its just not the experience I want. I decided to get one
and made the mistake of inviting my sister who loves anything cheap.
She wanted to go to this particular place and I didn't say no and just
decided to go with it. I work out alot so I do have callouses and
rather rough bottom's of feet back by the heel. He used some bizarre
tool I've never seen and started scraping my skin to get the dead skin
off. He gouged my one foot and it was bleeding everywhere (on a white
towel mind you so it was obvious). He kept working as if my foot was
not bleeding. It hurt badly. He then stung me with some weird
medicine, not even sure what it was. Then I just had to tell him to
stop working on that foot and finish the other one and we'd call it a
day. He bandaged up the one foot. Later I realized he had cut the
other foot up, not as badly, but enough to put a bandaid on it as
well. I am so mad and SO scared I'm going to get an infection. I've
NEVER bled from a manicure. Anyway, I'm washing my feet with hydrogen
peroxide (sp?) and putting an anti bacterial cream on it. Of course my
initial thought was to put On Gaurd on it but I would assume I'll need
to dilute as that has got to be painful to put on an open gouged
wound?? Should I mix some On Gaurd with the anti bacterial cream and
apply to dilute?I'm taking a drop of On Gaurd internally daily anyway,
think that will help too? I'm so afraid! This was the first and last
time I go to a cheap place. Next time, I think I'll go without my
sister! :)
