Thank you! I am happy to report that the newborn is still healthy and the 4 year old has no temperature and only a tiny blister that is going away quickly now. The one year old's swelling and fever are gone and he is just tired now. Thank you all again for your help!

Sadly last night her one year old has it also a a worse case. I may take the 2 month old for a few days since she is now on formula. I will also take some on guard and my diffuser for her to borrow. It is just so scary with a newborn who can possible die if she is infected.

We use melaleuca and peppermint on cold sores of the lips. They are gone really quick. Not really sure if this info can be applied to this situation but I def think diffusing on guard in their home would help and using it on both kids feet and spines would help.
