[Everything doTERRA] Re: Depression

Goggle doTerra Mood Matrix, you will find a lot of great information. Balance and Serenity have been nick-named liquid Xanax. Hubby suffers from depression, etc. from Chronic Fatigue, he thinks that doTerra is snake oil because I have made him try so many things over the years. I diffuse Balance and Serenity in our bedroom at night, saying that it is for me. It does help him, but he would deny it if he knew :)
