I think you need to first determin WHY you havethe vertigo...have you been tested and is there physical issue causing it (in your inner ear)
Check the everythingessential.me site...you will find lot's if it's not YOU...i know someone who learned that her vertigo is cause by sattelites...she wears one of those personal protective thingies...and voila no vertigo!
