If that is your knee in the picture, you should consult a doctor to rule out anything serious. Wednesday night i had this happen on my ankle I put it down to standing almost all day put oils on and went to bed it was gone in the morning. Yesterday I had a relaxing day didn't do much had a shower and when i got out my knee was in pain just burning like crazy and my vein was popping out. Anyone have any idea as to what this is ?
