Re: [Everything doTERRA] Confused by who gets to keep the enrollements??

The first thing you should do is notify doTerra that your upline is taking enrollments. This is not acceptable! Your enrollments belong to you, as does anyone that brings someone in. I am confused as to how she got them if you brought the person in. Don't allow anyone to have access to your new people. You enroll them online or call doTerra and have a customer service rep help you enroll them. You never give your enrollments up!!!
Also you need to study and understand the compensation plan, it is fair and a wonderful opportunity to earn a residual income.

Please don't quit, it sounds like you have integrity and believe me that is what doTerra wants. Just don't let her (upline) ever enroll your people for you and if you have people that you brought in you go to your upline and have her turn those enrollments over to you. She can do it willingly or you can take it to doTerra. They do not put up with dishonesty.

I am looking for any input I can get?

I have been a builder for over a year now and am debating quiting because of the lack of integrity my upline has. My team has been having problems with an upline memeber taking and keeping enrollements..  We have spoken with our upline and if you are not a builder in her eyes then she takes enrollements but I didnt think that was the way doterra worked. I thought if you introduced the person into doterra you keep the enrollement, builder or not??? Is that not right?
I really enjoy doterra and started doing it cause it was a lot of fun but now I am questioning if i want to be apart of something like this. Our team has tried to get help from our uplines upline and doterra but nothing has been done about it and its still happening. So far we have 3 people that have quit. I am looking for any quidance. Thanks so much!!

Thanks
