I'm on Armour thyroid and I didn't adjust my dosage, I just started taking it two hours away from my LLV.  My numbers went from 1.25 back to .85.

I am on the generic levothyroxine and had been on 125 mcg since having my Thyriod completely removed 2 years ago. About 3 months after starting my LLV I was too low so my Dr. bumped it up to 150 mcg. That made it too high and I have settled down with a 137 mcg dose as of right now. I will follow up in 6 months but I have not at any time felt a real shift in my body or how I am feeling. Hope that helps.
